Good quality dates filled Mamoul

I am writing to express my disappointment with the maamoul I received from your website, as the products delivered were significantly different from what was advertised.

When I placed my order, the sugar-free date-filled maamoul appeared much larger in size on your website. However, upon delivery, I was shocked to find that the actual pieces were extremely small compared to the pictures displayed. This is unacceptable and does not meet my expectations as a customer.

Furthermore, I noticed that the sugar-free date maamoul in the bracelet-shaped design (Asawer) breaks apart easily, and the taste does not reflect the quality I would expect from date-filled maamoul. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the products.

I feel that there is a clear lack of transparency between the products advertised on your website and the products actually delivered to customers.

I also tried contacting your team through WhatsApp to explain my concerns, but I received no response to my messages. Being ignored when attempting to resolve a complaint is unacceptable and has only added to my frustration.

I would therefore like to return the maamoul and receive a refund. Please advise me on the return procedure and confirm how this matter will be resolved.
