  • Free Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping for eligible returns.

  • No Restocking Fee: Customers will not be charged any restocking fees.

  • Final Sale Items: We do not sell items under a ‘Final Sale’ category; however, returns are only accepted under specific conditions (see below).

Exceptions & Additional Information

  • Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is incorrect or defective, we will refund only the affected items.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned unless a quality issue is confirmed.

  • Shipping Fees: In case of an eligible return, the original shipping cost (if any) will also be refunded.
